Wing of the Stormgriffon - handmade Featherquill by Ganjamira Wing of the Stormgriffon - handmade Featherquill by Ganjamira
Oh my god, how much I love this one!!! My new favourite:love:

A big wingfeather from the goose combined with pidgeon feathers, decorated with a silver metal wing and a blue glasscabochon.
The hold is wrapped in steelgrey satin; Caligraphic nip in the tip.

First I wanted to paint it, but it looked so wonderfull simple and elegant, I feared I would ruin it >.<

wow, love the way the feathers work together with the silver and man-made parts.  Cool that it ends up being a steel pen.  (I've always been fascinated by pen and ink, since I was a kid.)
